Measure when your hands are at a comfortable, everyday temperature. For the most reliable result, repeat the measurement three times and use the closest consistent value.
- Wrap and mark Wrap a narrow strip of non-stretch paper around the base of the finger. Keep it comfortably close without pulling tight, then mark where the ends meet.
- Measure in millimeters Lay the strip flat and measure the marked length. This is the inside circumference to compare with the chart.
- Confirm the fit The ring should pass over the knuckle with light resistance. If you sit between sizes, consider the wider part of the finger and the band profile before ordering.
