Enjoy complimentary, fully insured shipping via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Your estimated delivery time includes the time needed to prepare your jewelry and its journey to you after dispatch.
Production & Delivery Times
Every Burvonti engagement ring is made to order, following our Zero Pre-assembly standard: your ring enters production only after your order is placed.
The time before dispatch allows for production, finishing, and final quality checks.
- Production & final checks: 8–10 business days.
- Shipping after dispatch: 2–4 business days for U.S. orders; 2–5 business days for international orders.
- Estimated delivery time, including production: 10–14 business days for U.S. orders; 10–15 business days for international orders.
All timeframes above are estimates stated in business days, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. For full custom projects, we will confirm the timeline individually before you order. If you need your jewelry for a particular date, please contact support@burvonti.com before ordering so we can help you plan.
International Taxes & Duties
The price you pay at checkout includes applicable customs duties, import charges, and local taxes for international orders, including those sent to the UK, Canada, and Australia. Burvonti covers these charges, so there are no additional taxes or duties to pay upon delivery.
Secure Delivery & Signature
Your jewelry is carefully packaged and fully insured during transit. A physical signature is required upon delivery, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
If you need to arrange an alternate delivery address or request a hold at an approved DHL, UPS, or FedEx service location, please contact support@burvonti.com in advance.
Discreet Packaging
Your order arrives in a discreet outer shipping box with no visible Burvonti branding, helping keep your purchase private until you are ready to share it.
