Burvonti engineers physical entities designed to endure. We stand behind our precision with a Lifetime Structural Warranty, guaranteeing that your jewelry is free from micro-engineering and manufacturing defects. Burvonti 

In the rare event of a structural anomaly, our Quality Assurance laboratory will conduct a microscopic evaluation. If the issue is confirmed as a fabrication defect, Burvonti will execute a complete repair or physical replacement at zero cost to you, fully absorbing all secure transit expenses. 

Exclusions & Physical Boundaries

This warranty strictly covers fabrication integrity. It does not extend to the natural physical entropy associated with daily wear, external trauma, or chemical exposure. Occurrences outside the scope of this warranty include: 

Normal wear and tear: Minor surface abrasions, scratches, or the natural wearing down of metal over time. 

Chemical alterations: Discoloration of precious metals caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, cosmetics, or chlorinated pools. 

Impact damage: Structural loosening of prongs or the loss of stones due to accidental physical trauma or misuse. 

Third-party intervention: Any structural alterations, repairs, or resizes performed by unauthorized outside jewelers will immediately void this warranty. 

(Note: To protect your entity against accidental loss, theft, or trauma outside our structural warranty, we strongly advise securing independent fine jewelry insurance.)

 

The Evolutionary Protocol: Lifetime Diamond Upgrade

A modern commitment scales over time. To honor your evolving milestones, Burvonti offers a definitive Lifetime Diamond Upgrade program for all our lab-grown center diamonds. 

At any point in the future, you may return your original Burvonti diamond and apply 100% of its original purchase value toward a new lab-grown diamond entity that is at least twice (2x) the original value.

Because Burvonti strictly adheres to a Zero Pre-assembly discipline, every ring is an independent architectural project forged to the specific dimensions of a diamond. Upgrading the center stone requires the fabrication of a completely new metal setting. The value of your original setting cannot be credited toward the upgrade.
