Returns, Exchanges & Resizes
45-Day Returns
Burvonti offers a complimentary 45-day return and exchange window, beginning on the date of delivery. If the piece does not meet your definitive standard, it may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method.
The Cost of Deconstruction & Our Commitment
Because all Burvonti engagement rings follow a strict Zero Pre-assembly discipline, every ring is an independent architectural project forged to the specific diamond. Returning an engagement ring means the piece must undergo irreversible structural deconstruction and metal recycling. While this process incurs significant operational costs, Burvonti fully absorbs this expense for your first return. We do this to ensure your final decision is completely uncompromised, allowing you to experience our standard with absolute confidence.
Comparative Purchasing Policy
To maintain the integrity of our Zero Pre-assembly standard and avoid unnecessary structural waste, Burvonti strictly prohibits "comparative purchasing" (the act of ordering multiple rings with the intent of keeping only one). Orders suspected of comparative purchasing will be flagged, and the items may be deemed ineligible for our standard return policy.
Return Limits & Prerequisites
To maintain our bespoke standards, we apply the following operational limits:
-
Condition: All returned jewelry is subject to our microscopic inspection. Items are required to be unworn, in their original condition, and devoid of any micro-abrasions or structural alterations.
- Documentation:The piece requires the inclusion of all original packaging and grading certificates (e.g., IGI/GIA). Missing or damaged certificates will incur a $200 replacement fee.
-
Account Limit & The Second Return: Each customer account is limited to a total of two (2) returns or exchanges. While Burvonti absorbs the deconstruction costs for your first eligible return, a second returned entity will be subject to a 20% structural deconstruction fee if refunded to the original payment method, or it may be returned for 100% Burvonti store credit for future allocation.
-
The Right of Adjudication: Burvonti reserves the absolute right to reject any return request that fails to meet our structural standards or indicates policy abuse. The microscopic evaluation conducted by our Quality Assurance laboratory serves as the definitive and final conclusion.
Non-Returnable Items
-
Fine jewelry items that have been engraved or personalized.
-
Rings that have been modified or resized by third parties.
-
Custom designed jewelry outside our standard archive.
Complimentary Resizing
We recognize that measuring finger dimensions can be complex. Within 60 days of your delivery date, Burvonti provides one complimentary resizing for standard ring styles, including free secure shipping both ways.
-
Sizing Range: Resizes are generally processed within our architectural limits (usually one full size up or down). Requests outside this range may necessitate a complete ring reset at an additional cost.
-
Exclusions: Eternity bands engineered with continuous diamond circuits cannot be physically resized and are eligible only for exchange within the 45-day window.
The Logistics & Transit Protocol
To ensure the secure transfer of high-value entities, the following physical procedures apply:
-
Authorization : An authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code from support@burvonti.com is required prior to shipment. Packages transmitted without an authorized RMA or refused upon delivery will be rejected at our facility.
-
The 10-Day Window: Upon receipt of your fully insured DHL/FedEx return label, the physical entity is to be transferred to the carrier within 10 calendar days.
-
Packaging Discipline: For security, external packaging requires strict discretion. Please ensure the parcel bears no explicit markings such as "jewelry," "diamonds," or "Burvonti."
-
Document Isolation for Resizes: If returning an entity strictly for a size calibration (Resize), we request that you retain your grading certificates (IGI/GIA). Transmitting them back to the laboratory carries unnecessary risk. For full returns, all original documentation is required.
Audit & Financial Reset
-
Inspection Cycle: Upon receiving the returned entity, our Quality Assurance laboratory requires up to 7 business days to complete the microscopic inspection and verify its structural integrity.
-
The Reset: Once the audit is passed and the return is authorized, the financial reset will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, this may take up to one billing cycle to reflect on your statement.
